• Windows installation $79.99 – Installation (or re-installation) of the latest Microsoft Windows operating system with all drivers, windows updates and other included software needed on a day by day basis.
• Windows repair $79.99 – Repair a corrupted Microsoft Windows operating system by installing any missing or corrupt files and performing a Windows OS repair to make it run like it did when you first got the computer.
• Software installation $29.99 – Installation and configuration of computer software.
• Hardware installation $29.99 – Installation and configuration of computer hardware such as memory ram, hard drives, dvd / cd drives, etc.
• PC Tune up $29.99 – Tune up your PC and make it run like new by disabling unnecessary start up software and services, deleting cookies and temporary files, checking the hard drive for fragmentation and perform a defragmentation if needed, repairing the registry and other computer clean-up as needed.
• Motherboard installation (Desktop) $149.99 – Install and configure a new motherboard and its required drivers.
• Motherboard installation (Laptop) $ 179.99 - – Install and configure a new motherboard and its required drivers.
• Laptop screen replacement $129.99 – Replace a damaged laptop screen for a new one (purchased separately or provided by the customer).
• Your own custom built pc (Desktop only) $180.00 – Build and configure a custom pc with all the parts required (purchased separately or provided by the customer). This includes Microsoft Windows installation and or Windows repair, drivers, updates and other software required on a day by day basis.
• Other computer issues, repairs and requests provided at an additional hourly rate of $40.00.

• Virus removal $49.99 – Remove all malware from the computer including viruses, spyware & adware.
• Anti-virus starting at $49.99 (including Avast! software license for one year) - Install and setup anti-virus software to protect your computer from malicious attacks, hacks and other security breaches. Essential protection to keep you away from millions of viruses and spyware.
• Complete Security overhaul $149.99 (including Avast! software license for one year) - For complete piece of mind, we remove all malware, spyware, adware and viruses from the computer, clean up registry repairs and other damage it may have caused, install and setup antivirus protection to secure the computer from any future attacks, including firewall installation.
• For small businesses with up to 5 PCs, please add $175 for additional software licenses.

Data Backup & Risk Management

• Backup (CD/DVD) $69.99 – Protect your precious files with a secure backup. Backup up to 10GB of data to CD / DVD. Over 10GB is an additional $89.99.
• Backup (external storage) $49.99 – Backup up to 10GB of data to an external storage device (purchased separately or provided by the customer). Over 10GB is an additional $49.99.
• Backup (cloud server) $199.99 – Backup up to 50GB of data to a cloud server (including cloud storage for one year). Over 50GB is an additional charge. Create an ongoing automated backup so new files are stored securely automatically for ultimate protection.

*We do not charge travel fees or other costs for in home or on location diagnostic or computer PC repair. $49.99 is a flat rate (there are no surcharges or hidden fees) for your computer or computer peripheral issue diagnosis. Minimum required cost of repair or other computer service for diagnostic fees to be applied for reimbursment is $99. 30 day service guarantee - If you are unsatisfied with the quality of service or if your issue continues to occur, we will diagnose the problem and solve any remaining issues at no charge.
